Party Backdrop Decoration

Products used;

• A balloon Arch made of premium Chrome and Pastel matt balloons
• Fabric Curtains and Fairy Lights for Background (To be returned after event)
• 1 LED light- Happy Birthday/ Anniversary design (To be returned after event)
• 1 Piece Name Foil
• 50 Chrome Balloons Balloons to be used in Arch
• 200 Pestal Matt Balloons to be used in Arch
• Butterfly deign Paper-cut (To be returened after the event)
• 200 Balloons on Ceilings/ Walls/ Floors as per space

Decoration time- 2 Hours

Balloon type- Premium Chrome, Metalic and Pastel Matt Balloon

Gas Type- Normal Air (Please note- we stick the ballons with ribbons and tape on the ceiling. Which will give helium balloon look but these are not helium balloon.)

The number of balloon used is an approximate estimate. a 10 to 20% difference (more or less) may be there in actual number of balloons used based on space and design.

Ladders/ stools will be provided by Client to reach the ceiling.

Please remove the decoration within 24 hours after decoration is done to avoide tape marks on the walls/ ceiling.

Please note: This decoration includes rental material (Rent is included in decoration price). Fabric Curtains, Happy Birthday/ Annivesary LED light, Fairy lights and Arch base will be taken back after the event. If in case any rental product is damaged by client, the price of product needs to be paid by the client.

We follow below mentioned cancellation policy:

Cancellations made;

• Within 24 hours of Event date: No refund will be issued

• Upto 2 Days before Event date: 50% of booking amount will be refunded

• 3-7 Days before Event date: Rs 300 will deducted as cancellation charge

• More than 7 Days of Event date: Full refund

• No Cancellation will done for Speacial Day's (Valentine's Day, Christmas Day/ New Year Eve/ New Year Day etc) and  National Holiday's bookings. 

• If you will take Vanue booking from us like Hotel, Party Lawn etc. Such bookings cancellaion will depend on venue provider policies. We will try our best to help you but refund is not guaranteed.

• In case of Rain etc or any other act of God, bookings will be rescheduled on mutual understanding. Please note cancellation will not be done in such cases. 

• Any booking done for Perishable items like Cake etc will not be refunded/ cancelled or rescheduled.

Reschedule Policy

• Request received 1 Day before Event date- Reschedule allowed with a fee of Rs 200

• 2 or more days before Event Date: Rescheduling available without cost

Rescheduling not allowed for Special days and National Holidays. List of such days given in Cancellation Section)
