​Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 April 2023

​

We follow the below-mentioned cancellation policy:

​

1- Cancellations made;

Within 24 hours of the Event date: No refund will be issued.

Upto 2 Days before the Event date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Upto 3-7 Days before the Event date: Rs 300 will be deducted as a cancellation charge

More than 7 Days of Event date: Full refund

No Cancellations will done for special days (Valentine's Day, Christmas Day/ New Year Eve/ New Year Day etc) and National Holiday bookings.

 

Post-paid booking (bookings without any advance payment) cancellation will not have any financial liability either on the client or DayMaker Events.

If you will take Vanue booking from us like Hotel, Party Lawn etc. Such bookings cancellation will depend on venue provider policies. We will try our best to help you, but refund is not guaranteed.

In case of Rain etc or any other act of God, bookings will be rescheduled on mutual understanding. Please note cancellation will not be done in such cases.

​

In case of cancellation of booking by DayMaker Events due to any reason other than act of God, DayMaker Event will be liable to refund the full booking/advance amount along with an additional amount of Rs. 300 per booking/invoice irrespective of the price of the product or any other considerations to the client.

​

Any booking done for Perishable items like Cake etc will not be refunded/canceled or rescheduled.

2- Reschedule Policy:

Request received On the Day of Event date- Reschedule allowed with a charge of Rs 500

Request received 1 Day before Event date- Reschedule allowed with a charge of Rs 200

Request received 2 or more days before Event Date: Rescheduling available without any charges

Rescheduling is not allowed for Special days and National Holidays. List of such days given in the Cancellation Section above.

 3- Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

In certain circumstances, the refund can be processed via a different payment method with mutual understanding between the client and DayMaker Events.

All refunds will be processed within 2 business days. 

Refund Credit may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your payment method as per the policy of your payment provider.

    4. Exceptions:

The following circumstances may affect your eligibility for a refund:

Violation of our Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

Inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our staff.

Request of any unreasonable modifications/ demands in the listed services/ products.
